One of the prides of Startee is that we can assist customers in choosing the finest fabrics. With the current size of our main workshop and our partnered satellite factories, Startee can meet all demands for clothing production of over 100,000 pieces per month.
All high-quality garment manufacturing standards are applied, ensuring that every detail is perfected and the durability and aesthetic appeal are of the highest standards. We adhere to the strictest standards while maintaining affordable prices.

HIGH QUALITY GARMENT FACTORY

We use genuine Brother GTX printers with Innobella ink, a water-based ink that is certified with OKEO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT and compliant with CPSIA regulations, ensuring safety and health standards.
Startee is the first business in Vietnam to utilize genuine Brother DTG (Direct to Garment) technology. With the exceptional features of Brother GTX printers, we are able to fulfill any computer-generated design without color or detail limitations on 100% cotton fabric (or other natural fabrics with good absorbency). The printed designs are incredibly soft and ensure breathability. (Print sizes available: 35x40cm & 60x60cm).

ALL FABRIC PRINTING TECHNOLOGIES

DIRECT TO FILM PRINTING (DTF)

DTF - Direct to Film (PET) printing technology is used at Startee, which involves printing directly onto a film substrate to create high-quality images when heat pressed onto t-shirts. Our DTG printers at Startee utilize the i3200 printhead, providing high-resolution printing up to 1440 dpi and fast printing speeds.

Furthermore, the advantage of our printing machines at Startee is that they can maintain color consistency for large quantity orders, ensuring stable and uniform results for bulk production.

Sharp, durable, accurately reproducing the majority of the design. Full-body printing available on 100% cotton fabric.

SCREEN PRINTING

Delivering captivating full-body prints on Polyester fabric (shirts, dresses, etc.).

SUBLIMATION PRINTING

We utilize the Tajima computerized embroidery system from Japan to deliver the finest embroidery products.

COMPUTERIZED EMBROIDERY

Custom dyeing available on 100% cotton fabric, creating eye-catching products with vibrant prints.

TIE DYE DYING

Using imported materials from South Korea/USA, we create unique products with captivating effects.

HEAT TRANSFER VINYL

Flexible production with embroidered patches, without worrying about difficult surfaces or garment damage.
